Principles
As active members of this community, we are excited to support city building efforts in this area.
Our goal is to create a landmark building that exposes and celebrates the unique architecture our team can create. We are excited to bring something new and exciting to Toronto and the Riverside neighbourhood.
This new building will act as an entrance to Broadview Avenue and the Riverside neighbourhood by dramatically improving the existing condition with the introduction of retail and commercial spaces at grade and public realm features supporting safety and a walkable neighbourhood.
City building efforts are now focusing on designing well rounded neighbourhoods. This means providing a mix of uses to help facilitate the idea of the 15-minute city, including residential and retail uses onsite.
With significant investment to expand transit in this area, this site is an ideal candidate to increase residential and commercial density. The site will be directly serviced by the extension of the Broadview Streetcar as well as within walking distance to the East Harbour Transit Hub serviced by GO trains, subways, and streetcars.
The Proposal

Over the last few years, we have been working on bringing together a team of experts who will help us fulfill the opportunity we see for this site.
The vision for this site at Broadview & Eastern includes:
- A 12-storey mixed-use building
- 340 residential units
- 350 bike parking spaces
- 102 parking spaces
- 466 m2 Public Park at 344 Eastern Avenue
- 876 m2 of retail space
